DRIVER PAY AND BENEFITS
1. Starting pay of $.32 per loaded and empty mile (using PC Miler)
2. 100% Company-paid Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance for employee after 90 days
- Family coverage available through payroll deduction.
3. 100% Company - paid $15000 life insurance policy for employee after 90 days
4. Guaranteed Term/Whole life (for employee and family) and Guaranteed Employee Disability
- Insurance available at industry-low rates
5. 401K after 1 year employment - We match 25% of first 6% you defer
6. Detention Pay of $7.50 per hour after 2 free hour from the appointment time
7. Layover Pay $60.00
8. Driver Referral pay of $300.00 upon both drivers staying for 1 year
